Badger Licensing LLC (Badger) announced that it was awarded a contract by Proper Year Petrochemical (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd. (PYPC) to provide its proprietary technology and process design services for a 60,000 metric tons per annum bisphenol A (BPA) plant in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, People’s Republic of China.
