Taiwan's Formosa Chemicals & Fiber Corp.'s No. 3 SM plant in Mailiao is running at 70% of its 600,000 tpa capacity after restarting over the weekend, as per Platts. Currently, the producer will not bee able to increase runs due to insufficient supplies of feedstock ethylene.
