LyondellBasell Industries has recently announced to cease the production of low density polyethylene (LDPE) at its 110,000 tpa plant in Fos-sur-Mer, France. As a result, the company will concentrate iits LDPE production activities at its 300,000 tpa plus capacity plant located at Berre, France.
