Petrochemicals manufacturer ExxonMobil Chemical has begun construction of its technology center in Shanghai, China reinforcing the importance of the region for its business growth. The new technology center for polymer production will come at Shanghai Zizhu Science-based Industrial Park, Shanghai and is expected to start operations by 2010.
