Japan’s Mitsui Chemicals Inc and third-largest refiner Idemitsu Kosan Co are considering integration of oil refining and ethanol production at Chiba. The two majors plan to partner by setting up a limmited liability partnership towards the joint management of Idemitsu refinery and ethanol plants of both companies in Chiba.
