Texas Petrochemicals plans to reduce headcount by 13%

Texas Petrochemicals plans to reduce its headcount by 13% across the board at all of its plants including Port Neches, Houston, Baytown and a product terminal in Lake Charles. At Port Neches, the comppany plans to reduce the hourly workforce by about 30%, comprising workers representing several unions, including the USW.
