NOVATEK has completed a deal to sell 100% of NOVATEK-Polymer to SIBUR Holding, the company reported in a news release. 32% of its stake in NOVATEK-Polymer was handed over on September 2, when the deall was made, while the balance 68% was transferred after the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) approval for the transaction.
