The Fujian ethylene project-a JV of Sinopec, Exxon Mobil and Saudi Arabian Oil- is expected to start operations in the Q1 of 2009. The project's construction will see completion by end of 2008. Sinopeec earlier planned to double the project's capacity between 2010 and 2015 to meet China's growing oil demand.
