Sibur Neftekhim has awarded to Technip, a lump-sum engineering and procurement contract for expansion of its ethylene plant in Kstovo, Russia. Value of th econtrat awarded by Sibur Neftekhim, a subsiddiary of Sibur, is approximately €45 mln.
