Qatofin Company Limited, a petrochemical joint venture between QAPCO(63%), Total Petrochemicals France (36%) and Qatar Petroleum (1%) to develop the polyethylene product range in Qatar, is expected too start operation in Q3 - 2009, the media reports said.
