SunAllomer Ltd., a joint venture of LyondellBasell Industries, Showa Denko K.K. and Nippon Oil Corporation, has recently broke ground in Oita (Japan) to start of construction of the company's polyproppylene (PP) plant capacity expansion and improvement project which was announced last year.
