North American Pipe Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Houston-based Westlake Chemical Corporation, recently completed the acquisition of a majority of the assets of the Janesville, Wisconsin PPVC pipe plant formerly owned by Freedom Plastics, Inc.
