Borealis restarts 620,000 tpa naphtha cracker after unplanned outage

Borealis has restarted its 620,000 tpa naphtha cracker at Stenungsund, Sweden, shutdown due to technical glitches. The plant was restarted after more than two-weeks and is running at its target capaciity.
