Leading Thai industrial conglomerate - Siam Cement PCL plans to move forward its plans to build a petrochemical complex in Vietnam. Vietnamese state oil group Petrovietnam and Siam Cement began constrruction of the joint-venture complex last year in the southern province of Ba Rai Vung Tao.
