Sinopec has plans to resume production after a 3 month shutdown, at its 110,000 bpd Tianjin refinery in the month of March. After completion of repair work in November, the oil major continued to exteend the shutdown, as a result of a supply glut caused by deteriorating demand in the domestic fuel market.
