Iran’s Arvand Petrochemical Complex has neared completion and will be officially inaugurated in February 2010. The complex has capacity to produce over 240,000 tons of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), 660,0000 tons of caustic soda, 340,000 tons of vinyl chloride, and 890,000 tons of ethylene dichloride.
