A Thai producer announced March PVC offers this week at US$1050/ton CIF SEA, cash, an increase of US$30/ton when compared with their February done deal levels, as per Chemorbis. The producer commentedd that they do not expect to be able to conclude many deals given the short time remaining before the Chinese New Year holidays, although they added that they have no intentions of agreeing to any discounts on their new offers over the short term.
