INEOS Olefins & Polymers Europe has restarted its 320,000 tpa linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) plant at Grangemouth, UK, but maintained the force majeure for some time, as per ICIS. An "agglomeeration", or build-up of product in the reactor, brought the unit to a halt during the Christmas holiday period.
