Iraq's State Co for Petrochemical Industries has signed an agreement with South Korea's STX Heavy Industries for a US$3.2 bln petrochemical project in the country, as per Reuters. The complex is set tto produce ethylene, propylene, polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride from 2014.
