Typhoon Fanapi, Taiwan's most severe storm of 2010 has wrecked havoc on the island nation. Formosa Plastics Corp. and Nan Ya Plastics Corp. are among more than 30 petrochemical makers in Kaohsiung thaat have halted production because of flooding caused by Typhoon Fanapi.
