Looking ahead to the year 2011, there appears to be far fewer new polyolefins capacities to watch out as compared to the massive number of new complexes which came onstream in 2010. Based on reports gathered thus far on ChemOrbis Production News, China will see around three new PP plants starting up in 2011 versus the nine plants that were reported since the start of 2010.
