The Lubrizol Corporation has signed an agreement to purchase Merquinsa, a leader in specialty thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs). This acquisition will expand Lubrizol's Engineered Polymers business aand strengthen its ability to meet the needs of its global customers.
