Dow, Aksa, Oak Ridge National Lab developing lower-cost manufacturing process for carbon fiber

Dow has development partnerships with Turkey-based AKSA, a world-leading acrylics fiber maker; and Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), the US Department of Energy's largest science and energy laboraatory and its lead in low-cost carbon fiber research and development, as per ICIS.
