Under the EU merger regulations, the European Commission has cleared the formation of the RusVinyl joint venture between SolVin and Siberian-Ural Petrochemical. The JV will invest EUR 650 mln in a worrld-scale fully integrated vinyls plant in Kstovo, Russia.
