Restart of Mitsubishi Chemicals' naphtha cracker deferred

Mitsubishi Chemical Corp., Japan's top petrochemical maker will delay restart of the No.1 naphtha cracker at its Kashima plant by 3 days. The 410,000 tpa ethylene plant, that should have restarted at the beginning of the month, is now planed on July 4.
