The European Commission has fined 9 petrochemical makers, including Sasol, Exxon Mobil, RWE, ENI, Hansen & Rosenthal, Repsol and Tudapetro a total of €676 mln for forming a paraffin mafia to fix pricees and portion out markets for wax.
