Israel Corporation and Israel Petrochemical Enterprises Ltd. (IPE) have signed a joint control agreement in ORL between Israel Corp., IPE and Petroleum Capital Holdings (fully owned by IPE) along withh an addendum to the Control Agreement in the Company.
