Naphtha at US$600/ton in Europe on refinery shutdowns

After a gap of almost ten months, naphtha prices in Europe have touched US$600/ton because of supply concerns caused by major refinery outages.

Europes’s second largest refinery of BP at Rotterdam had a sudden unavoidable shutdown because of a power outage.
