Michigan will house the headquarters of new company K-Dow Petrochemicals, a US$11 bln JV between Dow Chemical Co. and Kuwait's Petrochemical Industries Co. (PIC). The new company will establish plastiics manufacturing facilities for an extensive range of products like milk jugs, packaging materials, pipes and automotive parts.
