The dearth of petrochemical demand has led Taiwan's government-owned oil refiner, CPC Corp to postpone the restart of its Kaohsiung-based No.4 naphtha cracker, reports Taipei Times. The naphtha crackeer was pulled off steam due to scheduled maintenance and repairs and its resumption was initially proposed for November end.
