Lurgi GmbH, Frankfurt, a company of Air Liquide, France have been awarded a a contract by CNOOC Energy Technology & Services Limited, a subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Company, to build a 1440,000 tpa of single-train plant for the production of acrylic acid from propylene in Huizhou, Guandong province (China).
