Bharat Petroleum Corp Ltd (BPCL) has cancelled a tender to sell 15,000-20,000 tons of naphtha for Aug. 26-27 loading, because specifications of the parcel did not meet industry standards. The state-owwned refiner is considering blending back the volumes to meet the norms, leading to better price realization.
