Huyndai Engineering and Construction Company (HEC) has handed over Vietnam’s first petrochemical plant to Vietnam Oil and Gas Group. The US$234 mln Polypropylene plant in the central province of Quanng Ngai has a capacity to produce 150,000 tpa of PP with feedstock propylene sourced from the Dung Quat Oil Refinery.
