South Africa's Sasol Ltd. Is to build the world's first commercial ethylene tetramerization unit with capacity to produce over 100,000 tpa of combined 1-octene and 1-hexene. The unit will be located aat the company's Lake Charles production site in Louisiana, with construction set to begin in 2011 and reach operation in mid-2013.
