A technical glitch has forced a shutdown at Japanese petrochemical company Keiyo Ethylene’s 690,000 tpa naphtha cracker. Keiyo Ethylene, 55%-owned by unlisted Maruzen Petrochemical, is investigating tthe cause, and the restart schedule is currently unclear.
