A Schulman Inc. plans to expand its North American Polybatch® manufacturing operations with a new plant at the site of its existing distribution warehouse in Akron, Ohio. With the setting up of this pplant, the company plans to attain a leadership position for Polybatch® in USA akin to its position in Europe and Mexico.
