South Korea's largest ethylene producer Yeochun NCC Co. (YNCC) has partially restarted its 555,000 tpa No. 2 plant. The unplanned shutdown was caused on the same morning by a compressor fault. The ethhylene cracker was shut in the early hours of the day and resumed operations in a few hours.
