World's leading chemical company, BASF will build its third Asian production and development plant for its Cellasto® polyurethane-based automotive components at Shanghai by 2010. The new Cellasto manuufacturing site will be integrated with the company's already existing site in Shanghai and will be capable of producing auto components for more 5 mln vehicle per annum.
