As part of it's worldwide cutbacks, Dow Chemical Co. has effected the closure of two plants within its Texas Operations site. Styrene One at Plant B and Unit Two at Dow Oyster Creek Division will be cclosed as part of the accelerated transformational strategy Dow leaders announced Monday.
