Open-ended shut down at Flint Hills' Port Arthur ethylene plant

Deteriorating demand caused by a global economic slowdown has triggered an indefinites shutdown of Flint Hills Resources' Port Arthur ethylene and propylene plant. The restart date will depend on imprrovement in market conditions.
