Borealis is set to debut its new cast film grade from the Bormed™ polypropylene (PP) family at Plast'09 (Milan) that it says offers best-in-class transparency for medical packaging applications. Bormeed RE806CF, the new medium ethylene random copolymer, is said to produce cast films with an optimal balance of superior optical properties even post steam sterilization in addition to offering high purity and good sealability.
