Aicello, Japan-headquartered global specialty packaging manufacturer has recently inked an agreement to acquire polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) film product line and assets of Tohcello Company (Japan). By thiis deal, Aicello aims to step up its PVA film business as a core product offering, by increasing production capacity and leveraging the assets and technology included in the acquisition.
