Production margins for ethylene producers in North Asia turned positive on Monday at US$9.25/mt, the first time since May 23 2011, amid falling naphtha and firmer ethylene spot prices, as per Platts. On March 15, CFR Japan naphtha was assessed at a 10-month high of US$1,088.
