Shell Chemicals scouts for partners for new SMPO unit in Singapore

Shell Chemicals is seeking potential partners for a US$500 mln styrene monomer/propylene oxide (SMPO) facility planned in Singapore. The project has healthy prospects as robust demand is projected forr SMPO, which are chemicals used in the production of polystyrene containers and rubber soles.
