Singapore PCS plans to buy naphtha after outage at condensate splitter

Shell and Petrochemical Corporation of Singapore (PCS) owned 70,000 bpd condensate splitter that had been shuttered due to a technical hitch, is scheduled for restart within two weeks. PCS does not inntend to reduce output at its 1.
