American Green Group, Inc. announced that it's wholly owned subsidiary, Eco-Built Systems LLC, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire Ecosafe Premium Foam®. Ecosafe Premium Foam® foam-in-placee insulation is an innovative, ultra-light weight, foam insulation which is an environmentally safe made from nitrogen based Tripolymers.
