Taiwan’s state-run CPC Corp. plans to restart the No.3 naphtha cracker in Kaohsiung earlier than planned to meet a the deficient supply caused by improving demand in the region. The restart of the 2300,000 tpa ethylene cracker that was caused by deteriorating demand on April 1, is planned by May 10.
