Petron Corporation, the Philippine based petrochem producer has restarted the Petro Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit (PetroFCC) and Propylene Recovery Unit (PRU) at its Limay petrochemical plant. Thee plant has been shut since December 2008 for a scheduled maintenance turnaround of the refinery.
