Borouge, a joint venture between the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and Borealis, a leading provider of chemical and plastics solutions, inaugurated the Borouge Undergraduate Scholarship progrramme by signing agreements with the South China University of Technology of Guangzhou and the East China University of Science and Technology of Shanghai.
