ExxonMobil sued for emissions including propylene, ethylene and flammable vapors

The Louisiana Environmental Action Network is suing ExxonMobil, for releasing 89,700 pounds more air pollution than is allowed by its permit. ExxonMobil released emissions including propylene, ethylenne and flammable vapors that aren't covered by the permit.
